Prism Lights welcomes enquiries from retailers, interior designers, architects, hospitality businesses, property developers, and other professional customers interested in purchasing our lighting collections for commercial or project use.
1. Trade Enquiries
Businesses interested in wholesale, trade, or project orders are welcome to contact Prism Lights to discuss their requirements.
Please provide information such as:
- Business name
- Contact details
- Type of business or project
- Products of interest
- Approximate quantities
- Delivery destination
- Required timeframe
We may request additional information before providing trade pricing or confirming an order.
2. Trade Pricing
Trade or wholesale pricing may differ from the prices displayed on our retail website.
Any trade pricing, discounts, minimum order quantities, or other commercial terms will be communicated directly to the customer where applicable.
Trade pricing is not automatically available simply by placing a large retail order.
3. Bulk & Project Orders
For larger orders or commercial projects, we may provide customised quotations based on:
- Quantity
- Product selection
- Customisation requirements
- Production requirements
- Delivery destination
- Required timeframe
A project quotation will remain subject to the terms stated in the quotation.
4. Custom Products
We may be able to accommodate custom specifications for qualifying trade or project orders.
Custom products may require additional production time and may have different cancellation and return conditions.
Custom requirements should be confirmed in writing before production begins.
5. Lead Times
Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 10–15 days for standard products.
Trade, bulk, and custom orders may require additional production and delivery time.
The estimated timeframe for a project order will be communicated as part of the quotation or order confirmation where possible.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
6. Payment
Payment terms for trade or project customers will be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Depending on the order, payment may be required in full before production or dispatch.
Any agreed payment terms will be set out in the relevant quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Trade, bulk, and custom orders may be subject to different return and cancellation conditions from standard retail purchases.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom-made products may not be eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind.
This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Product Samples
Where available, product samples or individual items may be purchased before committing to a larger project.
Availability and pricing of samples will depend on the specific product.
9. Delivery
Trade and project orders can be subject to special delivery arrangements depending on order size and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is suitable for receiving the order.
International customers may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges unless otherwise agreed.
